Service #01: One-Off Feedback

What you get: I will read your first three chapters and give you feedback.

Price: £35

Good for: Writers who want feedback on their writing style or to get a sense of how ‘good’ their writing is; writers who want to develop their opening chapters so that they’ll make an impact on readers; writers who want to polish the first three chapters in readiness to submit to an agent/publisher.

Price includes

§  A 10-min. phone call at the start of the process to discuss your target audience and aims.

§  Written feedback, emailed to you.

§  A 20-min. phone call at the end of the process to discuss the feedback.

At this point, you might opt to hire me for the ‘Novel Feedback’ service.

Service #02: Novel Feedback

What you get: I read a draft of your novel and give you feedback on each chapter.

Price: £150 – £200 for a manuscript of up to 100,000 words. (The price depends on the complexity of your manuscript. I can give you a quote once I’ve seen a sample of your writing.)

Good for: Writers who have drafted a novel and want guidance on how to develop it.

Price includes

§  A 10-min. phone call at the start of the process to discuss your target audience and to identify which aspects of your writing you’d me to focus on during feedback.

§  I will read your manuscript, write a short review of each chapter to highlight any weaknesses/problems and suggest strategies you might use to improve your writing. I’ll email you my feedback.

§  A 40 min. phone call at the end of the process to discuss the feedback.
